Unfortunately the Böhmische Straße is a no parking area and you need to have a bit of luck to find a spot on the surrounding side streets.

The best and easiest place to park is the parking garage at the REWE grocery store about 250 m from Raskolnikoff. The garage is open 24 hours and costs 7,50 € a day (the price for street parking is 12,00 € per day)

The closest streetcar stop is at the intersection Bautzner Str./Rothenburger Str. Around 300m away from us. You can get here easily by tram from the main station (Tram no. 11, direction "Bühlau") or the train station Dresden Neustadt (Tram no. 6 and no. 11).

We are a small guest house without a reception. Upon arrival go into the restaurant area where one of our waiters will be waiting to check you in.

Late arrivals are no problem. Until midnight there is always someone there. Please inform us ahead of time if you are going to arrive late.

Our service sraff starts at 11 am. If you would like to check out earlier, please pay the night before you plan to leave (we accept: cash, Debit, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa)

On Sunday the restaurant is closed and you will might find nobody who will takle your money. In that case we will send you an invoice.

In the main house we have a small kitchen for our guests. Everything is there that you need to prepare a simple meal or breakfast.

We offer free wi-fi during your stay. The password can be found on the information sign in your room beside the light switch.

Forgot your toothbrush? Don't worry, just take one from the small shelf in the corridor of the main house, there you will also find sewing kits, shoe polish and an iron.

If you need an ironing board, umbrella, extra pillows or anything else, just ask.

A small library can be found on the same floor.

Our restaurant only opens at 5 pm and does not serve breakfast.

In the rooms there is a kettle and tea or coffee for the first warm sip in the morning. There is also a coffee machine in the small guesthouse kitchen.

For breakfast you will find many nice cafés in the neighbourhood:

• The Café Lloyds >> on the corner of Martin-Luther-Platz. It's worth making a reservation there.


• On the other side of Martin-Luther-Platz is the Café Glocke >>. Everything is organic. Only card payment possible.


• On the corner of Bautzner Straße and Pulsnitzer Straße is the long-established Café Neustadt>>.


• For early risers, the Ottendorfer Mühlenbecker, Bautzener Straße on the corner of Holzhofgasse, an inexpensive bakery café.


• For coffee connoisseurs with patience the Café Oswaldz >> Bautzner Straße 9.


• The best almond croissants are undoubtedly to be found at émoi >>, as well as very good coffee and excellent cakes.

This is just a small, incomplete selection. There is much more to discover when strolling through the Neustadt.

Our mattresses fold out into double beds to make space for everyone in the family. Baby beds are available upon request.

Children cost 3 € /child and night for under 6 years old and 8 €/ child and night for 6-12 years.

Well trained animals are welcome, but not all rooms are equipped for our hairy friends. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing your pet with you.

A one time cleaning fee of 10 € will be charged.

The city of Dresden levies a so-called accommodation tax. The tax is 6.0% of the room rate. | more info here >>.

The tax does not apply to children under 18. People with disabilities and their accompanying persons (B) are also exempt.

Up to and including June 2023, guests who are in Dresden exclusively for business purposes are also exempt from the tax if they provide appropriate proof.

Especially on weekends and holidays, we are in rather high demand. That's why we reserve the right to charge 60% of the booked fee for cancellations less than 7 days before the planned arrival.

Of course this fee will only be charged if we are not able to fill the room again.
